What are the costs?  

The cost varies depending on the term of your contract or agreement, whether you just want door hangers delivery or if you would like us to assist you with printing your advertisement or both. We will send you a quote via email based on the information you provide us about your needs.

Is there a minimum for flyer or door hangers delivery? (NO)  

There are no minimums; instead, we charge based on the tier for the number of products to be delivered. We do have surcharges based on the distance of the delivery.

How do you verify the delivery of my ad?  

We have a complete and thorough audit system. On delivery days, we drive through the areas, checking the deliveries. Throughout the day, we take digital pictures and/or videos of your materials on the doors in the selected areas. We encourage our clients to check the areas too. Direct to Door does not provide data loggers for GPS units and we do not keep any data. We offer GPS maps, digital pictures, and if available, short videos. Our supervisors usually take as many digital pictures as possible throughout the day, but there won’t be a picture for every door. Video is not available in all areas, and we require you to request it in writing (via email) at least 5 days in advance for us to accommodate your request. If video is available, we will notify you before starting your distribution.

Digital Pictures (Time Stamps)  

All pictures are time-stamped and date-stamped. However, the timestamps on these pictures do not indicate how many hours were spent distributing your advertisements. The pictures aim to confirm that your advertisements were indeed distributed door to door.

How Many Pictures Should I Expect?  

There is no set number of pictures that we take. However, in most cases, we will send you more pictures than you would care to look at.

What if I am not happy with the results?  

Door hangers and newsletters have proven to be very successful for many companies nationwide; however, we cannot guarantee that it will work for every business. Advertising is an investment, and each business owner or manager must make their best decisions based on what works for their specific business.

Don’t Be Fooled…  

Be wary of inordinately low rates! Reliable and credible distribution services incur inherent costs. The logistics of the distribution process are very time-consuming and require considerable manpower to complete properly.

If the quote you receive is very low, ask questions about it. Inquire about door hangers and flyers delivery, request referrals, or ask to speak to a satisfied customer.
